Personality

Powers: Ritual Wizardry; A few spell were put in place by the Elders of his Clan, and he can hold them in a 'prepared' state and use immediately. They are, unless noted otherwise, only useful against non-magical human and very low level demons or monsters. These are: Stun - a spell that can, temporarily, stun an opponent.; Peaceful Sleep - sends one opponent into a normal, but very restful sleep, which is free of all dreams and magic; PowerBlind - spell which renders people unable to see or sense magic or powers; Charm - spell which slightly enhances Guaril's natural charm; Speed - spell that enables him to move, for one minute, at nearly four times normal human speed; and Shield - a spell of last resort which rips all the magic from him to use as shield, which is impenetrable by any magic, foe, or harm. After it fades, he is powerless for weeks following.

In addition, because they are from his homeland and people, and he was trained so extensively in those ways, other kinds of magic sometimes confuse him, and are beyond his reach, despite his potential. And there are some magics, such as those created by some of the peoples of the Steppes, that are designed to penetrate Romani magics and thus would render his powers null to usefulness.
